Disawar Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Disawar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Disawar platform, including all services offered through our website and mobile application — sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, the VIP programme and any other features made available to registered users.

References to "Disawar", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the operator of the Disawar platform. References to "you" or "your" refer to any individual who registers an account or uses the Disawar platform in any capacity.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You are required to provide accurate personal information when registering, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current — please update your account details promptly if anything changes.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on Disawar. If you have previously held an account that was closed or suspended, you must contact us before attempting to register again. Creating additional accounts to circumvent a suspension or access bonus offers is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held in them.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Disawar will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account until you notify us of a security breach.

3.4 Account Verification

We reserve the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. This may involve requesting copies of official identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that are pending verification may have limited functionality — including restricted withdrawals — until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposits

Disawar accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any checks that may be required.
• Disawar does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, it may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

Deposit funds are held in your Disawar account balance and are available to use across all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and any other games available to your account.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Disawar account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. The applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Processing times vary by payment method and your VIP tier. Standard processing is typically completed within two to five business days. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing; Platinum and Diamond members receive same-day processing on requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is intended to protect both the account holder and Disawar from fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Disawar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, in addition to these general terms. The following principles apply to all bonuses offered on the platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and will be used after your real-money balance has been depleted, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds as part of a low-risk betting strategy designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Disawar reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are in the process of meeting a wagering requirement, the requirement will be adjusted pro-rata or the bonus removed at our discretion.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, for example, may contribute at a different rate than casino game wagers. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

For seasonal promotions — such as those tied to the Pakistan Super League calendar, T20 international series or other major sporting events — specific terms will be published alongside the promotion. Enhanced odds offers, cashback promotions and reload bonuses each carry their own set of conditions which must be read before opting in.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Disawar. Product-specific rules for individual sports — including cricket, PSL markets, football, T20 internationals and esports — are available within the sports section of the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless Disawar offers a specific cash-out option for that market. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet slip is correct before confirming placement.

7.2 Pricing Errors

If a bet is placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake, Disawar reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account. We will notify you if this occurs. Deliberately placing bets on known pricing errors is considered a form of cheating and may result in account suspension.

7.3 Suspended and Voided Markets

Markets may be suspended during events due to significant in-play developments, technical issues, or other circumstances. Bets placed immediately before or during a market suspension may be voided at Disawar's discretion if the bet was placed with knowledge of an outcome or if the suspension was triggered by a relevant event. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's account.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for selected events, including live cricket, PSL fixtures and major international matches. In-play bets are accepted subject to the same general rules above. Disawar uses live data feeds to set in-play odds; slight delays may exist between real-world events and the platform's data feed. We reserve the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has occurred but before the platform has updated.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per account per day. These limits are displayed within the sports betting section and may vary by sport, market type and account tier. Winning amounts above the applicable maximum will not be paid out regardless of the result.

8. Casino & Games

The casino section of Disawar includes live casino tables with real dealers, slot games and bingo. The following rules apply across all casino products:

• All casino games on Disawar use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available within the game information panel for each title. These percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome during a session.
• Game malfunctions — including connection interruptions during a live casino session — are handled in accordance with the individual game provider's rules. In most cases, interrupted rounds are either completed automatically or voided with the stake returned. Disawar is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Disawar operates a five-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic — every PKR wagered on any part of the platform earns VIP points that contribute towards your current tier and progress towards the next.

• VIP tier thresholds are based on cumulative wagering within a rolling period. The specific points required for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Benefits associated with each tier — including enhanced bonus rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher bet limits and dedicated account management at Platinum and Diamond levels — are applied automatically upon reaching a new tier.
• Disawar reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided to affected players where possible.
• VIP status may be reviewed if an account shows prolonged inactivity. Players who have not placed a qualifying wager for an extended period may be moved to a lower tier in accordance with the inactivity policy displayed in the VIP section.
• VIP points and tier status are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

10. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use Disawar in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, sports bets or any other activity on the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to customer support immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards Disawar staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other illegal financial activity.

Disawar actively monitors player activity for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action including account suspension and forfeiture of funds, without prior notice.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account on Disawar, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal data that you provide during registration and verification, as well as data generated by your use of the platform such as betting history and transaction records.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Disawar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Identified or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the inactivity policy.
• Any legal requirement or court order requiring us to do so.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, Disawar reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full.

14. Changes to These Terms

Disawar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
